Hi! I live in a bathroom apartment on the first floor with another female roommate. The room that will be available on July 1st will have a base rent of $. The lease would be a year (July 1st-end of June ). Wi-Fi and water is included in rent and utilities vary from $ per month. We would split utilities 3 ways equally. There is also a pool at the complex. You would have to apply through the management company and sign the lease through them. There is an application fee and a security deposit.
