Our lease is ending in months. Flexible move date. We've had GREAT luck finding stable roommates here so far.
Our Situation: My twenty two year old son & I share expenses and are looking for a 3rd to enjoy a home with, instead of an apartment for the same cost. He works in tech & will be going back to school soon. I work in medical sales in a stable career.
We're open to looking together in Hinsdale, Oak Park, Naperville, La Grange, Westmont > we're pretty flexible. Mostly, we just want to find the right fit in home & roommate.
We both like to cook & workout. We don't have parties. My son's girlfriend will probably sleep over twice a week. She's amazing (you'll love her). We both live quiet lives and have company maybe once a month in accordance with our roommates' schedule. We like to communicate - and we come stacked with an extra freezer & fridge for the basement... and at home sauna. Which is why I'm hoping to find a home instead of apartment. We can decide what we all want to bring vs what I'll put in storage. (Squat rack for garage- free weights, xebex, peloton, kettlebells)
We do require a background check & credit check & will provide that as well.
