House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. People keep to themselves but are friendly and helpful if needed. I am renting one bedroom, fully furnished, with possible shared bath. Limited use of kitchen, laundry (scheduled days and one load weekly). Have a quite back patio with a fire pit and a nice view of the mountains surrounding Hollister. All utilities are included, including wifi.
