Dogs and cats allowed (including breeds that other places won’t rent to as long as they are potty trained and get along with other animals) Room available (can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference) in a high quality, safe, friendly, trustworthy home and neighborhood available for rent on October 1st. Everyone who lives at the house are trustworthy, friendly, quiet, professionals who mostly keep to themselves. Everyone cleans up after themselves and the common areas of the house get deep cleaned by either the property manager or a professional housekeeper every two weeks. The neighborhood is a tucked away, safe, quiet where a bunch of neighbors walk their friendly dogs throughout the neighborhood. Our home is close to public transportation. Common amenities like pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap are included in the rent along with utilities and WiFi internet. I accept rent paid weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on your personal budget.
