I’m a single dad with part-time custody. I work from home. I’m very easy-going and stick to myself for the most part. I’m not obsessively clean, but I’m also not really messy. I don’t care if you’re male or female just be a good person and pay rent on time. I’m sure whoever you are we will get along great most people love me lol
