I will have a room for rent! It will be a downstairs master bedroom with private bath. If you’d like to check it out and do a meet and great let me know move in fee would just be the rent for the month so if ya move in the first it’s just that months rent. Utilities is the average sometimes more sometimes less just depends. If you need the room furnished let me know and we could work something out.
