My current roommate TJ and I (as well as my dog Maya) are looking to move into the avenues come December/January. We’ve toured and the location seems nice and we know folks who live there that have said it’s a good place to live. We’re both fairly quiet and work close to full time so it’d be a pretty laid back living situation.
