First and foremost this property has cats within it, though it is kept VERY clean. All cats are friendly. The room you will have is private and the cats will not be in it once you move in. It will also be cleaned beforehand. Right now I have the space open to them for enrichment.Look below the sign on the first picture.The cats you see in the pictures are Bizcut and Sidion. They're very curious.The room includes a " wall-mounted TV, large computer desk and wheeled chair, microwave, mini fridge, closet with a dresser, and full-sized bed. You will need your own pillows and sheets for the bed. People keep taking them so I am not buying them anymore. 😭 Utilities are included. Laundry on . No smoking or drugs of any kind. Pets may be negotiable if they get along with cats.The bathroom and living areas will be shared and they are furnished.A background check will be run on the tenant, and no one with a criminal background will be considered. Please do not apply if you have one and save us both time.No couples.Cleanliness is necessary. If you cannot be clean or have issues cleaning, this is not the house for you. As long as you can stay picked up and are nice to the cats we should get along just fine. Nerds are encouraged. I play D&D, Board Games, Video Games, and I appreciate a variety of nerdy/dorky things. I rarely have people over, and if I do it is once a month.I stream from PM most week days. I will likely be somewhat loud during those times, but other than that the house is incredibly quiet.
