I’m currently looking for someone to take over my sublease at UnionWest. The rent is $/month, but I’m open to negotiating a discount for the first month! It’s a private bedroom in a shared unit with other girls. The apartment has two bathrooms, a shared living room, and a full kitchen. Utilities like water, air conditioning, and access to laundry facilities are all included. It’s located downtown, so it’s super convenient — there’s a Dunkin’, Subway, and Qdoba right downstairs, and pretty much everything you need is close by!
