I am a condo owner renting out 1 room. I live in a very quiet, serene neighborhood in the canyons. I have 2 hairless Sphynx cats in the condo. The restroom is across the hallway and it’s shared. Parking is open in the lot or on the street. Looking for the right vibe to fit in our happy co-living space. The room is partially furnished (optional).
