Lived in beach-front property alone + years. The thought of roommates is refreshing as I am ready to start new chapter. I am not someone that likes to be home all the time and would be gone a minimum of one night per week. Seeking home or condo with private bedroom and bathroom close to beach with friendly, honest, respectful, trustworthy individuals. Depending on the space available I can be little flexible on budget.
