Hello, my name is Bonnie, I’m helping my House Manager find the perfect roommate for our home, ideally, we want to find somebody that is professional, or a working student. Must have proof of employment. The house is nice, and a very quiet, we all pretty much keep to ourselves, but we are friendly. Slight downside of living here is that it gets a little bit cold in the winter but it’s San Diego so nothing unbearable, and a little bit warm in the summer, but also not terrible, I deal with it by having a space heater in my room, as well as a fan, that seems to work pretty well. Our house manager lives in the house and has a lot of stuff, so that’s also a little bit of a downside, there isn’t any storage for things outside of your room, though there is some storage in the kitchen cabinets for kitchen stuff, you are welcome to use the pots and pans and stuff in the kitchen as long as you are respectful of them, they belong to the house manager. I’m pretty chill and rarely home but I do use space in the fridge. And you would be sharing a bathroom with me, you will have your own cabinet space in there.
