Hello, potential roommates! I am a homeowner in Texas, renting out a private room in my recently remodeled and spacious house. The neighborhood is quiet and offers plenty of outdoor space. I work from home and travel frequently for work. The location is convenient, being just minutes away from AT&T Stadium and minutes from Downtown Dallas.
I am a self-employed individual who values organization, cleanliness, and respect. I am drama-free and seek like-minded individuals who are mindful of others' spaces and clean up after themselves. The monthly rent includes utilities, but food expenses are not included. I hire someone to clean the house every two weeks, with each tenant taking turns for each visit or splitting the cost.
The house is currently being furnished, and you can decorate your room as you wish.
