Hi, we are looking to fill a room in our house October 1st. This bedroom shares the bathroom with one other person. It’s a bedroom house, with a big back yard. It has granit in the kitchen with updated flooring through out the house. Located near the light rail, trails, and parks. Rent is $ per month and includes internet, water and electricity. The room can be furnished if needed. We are only accepting individual tenants, no families or couples. Might be open to a dog or cat if they still in your room most of the time. Rent would be $ if you bring a animal in the house. A little bit about us, 4 guys, we are in our mid twenties/thirties; are young professionals. We all have different hobbies, including camping, hiking, gaming, and watching movies. We currently planted a garden And have tomatoes and pepper growing.
