Hi there! I am an educated, hardworking, soon-to-be divorced woman who is looking to rent a room, living space, etc. with likeminded adults. My lease will be up April/May , so I would be looking to move in during that time. I would also like to add that I have two (very well-behaved) cats that I would be bringing with me, so I would prefer a roommate that would be okay with having two cats in our home.
