I am looking for someone to take over my room lease at Cumberland Park. The apartment is minutes from Disney and minutes from Universal. The room comes with its private bathroom, walk-in closet, and enough space for two people. The room cost is $ plus utilities. It also comes with some furniture (which is not the one in the pictures) The apartment complex has two pools, a gym, a theater, garbage pickup, and grill areas.
