We have a single family home in a lovely neighborhood, access to back yard, and space to run and walk. We rent the basement room that has a separate bathroom and shower. There is limited access to our shared kitchen but probably not ideal so someone who cooks a lot. Looking for one single person, clean, decent, who is ok living with a family (my kids are ). In past we had a med student, a traveling nurse, an IT consultant all worked out very well. The room locks with key, has queen bed, linens, wardrobe closet, drawers, and additional storage available. This is a lovely neighborhood in Annandale close to falls church and Arlington with lots of nature and walking trails and we rent our basement bedroom with a private bathroom. It has street parking fully furnished with refrigerator microwave and plenty of storage all brand new furniture. This is a room in a home with two children ages there is a shared kitchen, but not ideal for someone who cooks a lot or very often.
