Hi there, I am a mid-late twenties young professional from the Palm Springs area looking for potential places to stay in LA in about a month or two reasonably around the DTLA area due to potential job opportunities. Ideally, partners would be allowed as overnight guests a few nights per week, per our discretion, with the rent reflecting that if need be.
