I am looking for someone to take over my room. There are 3 months left in the lease but you have an option to renew the lease with my roommate or renew the lease and bring in your own Roomate. My roommate is a forty yr old female and has the master bedroom with her boyfriend. I have a room with own restroom available for rent. Room has a big closet and your own A/C unit. Big kitchen and nice patio. Room also comes with your own parking spot in a gated parking area. We do have a doggy and a cat that live here as well. Looking for someone who is easygoing 🩷
