I rented a two bedroom place in Regal tower. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop that has 5 buses(16, 43, 44, 45, 46) going straight to Usask Campus. We will be sharing kitchen and washroom. Shared laundry rooms are located at every floor. The apartment has a gym and community room at the basement.The stove is electric powered, which is one thing I liked about the place.Have parking space and allow cats only if fees are paid. The landowner informed maximum are two cats, and I might or might not volunteer for fostering stray cats. We can discuss with each other about this if you have certain preferences for pets. I'm open to any suggestions.I'm a 26 years old East Asian university student at Usask. Usually spend most of the time in my room. I'm a quiet and tidy person, and I will be respectful to you and your space. Water and Internet fees are included, and we only have to pay for power. I paid for security deposit.
