It’s a passport in this furnished house. You will have a furnished room but will share the bathroom with two other people if there is occupancy in other room. You will share the living , dinning, kitchen, washer dryer with the house mates. At any given time there will be max of four housemates including you. Water , electricity, gas , internet, trash , Washer , dryer, and professional cleaning is included in the rent. Prefer long term rental. But lease will be month to month so you have flexibility. Need to go through background and credit check. A deposit of one month is required., but can be paid in installments if needed.
