Not many guest come over, I don’t party. Super nice pool heated year round with hot tubs, nice gym as well. I have one hypoallergenic dog that doesn’t shed, she’s a sweetheart. Home is furnished but bedrooms are empty. I pay for all electric, water, wifi, parking and HOA all included in your rent. Home is very central on Country Club and Southern. Need first and last month rent upfront plus $ cleaning fee.
