My name is Nicole, I am years old, I work part time but also receive disability for a medical condition that leaves me unable to drive. I’m looking for a room to rent with female housemate(s). I’m not too picky about the location but I’d like to be close to a bus line. I work part time, as a home health aide, and occasionally a bartender. I have my own things and provide myself anything I need. I’m willing to also split costs of supplies like toiletries, cleaning, laundry, etc. I enjoy weaving bracelets, tapestry’s, painting my paint by numbers and reading. I don’t drink. I’d prefer to room with someone who is also alcohol free. I enjoy cooking and finding new recipes, I’m very handy to have around as well. I can do minor repairs, replace things like faucets, doorhandles, doors, screens, and I can do minor car repairs and oil changes. I love yard work and flowers. I keep to myself and am respectful as far as noise, cleanliness, privacy, etc. I don’t drive due to a medical condition, but I am able to get around myself using Ubers and public transportation. I am very independent. I have a year old cat. She’s got one eye and takes meds everyday. She is spayed, up to date on her shots and flea/tick treatments, and visits the vet regularly. She’s quiet, she has never had an accident outside her litterbox, and friendly. She’s quiet, and she doesn’t scratch doorways, furniture, she doesn’t make any messes and she is not allowed, and does not get on counters, tables, sinks, etc. . She absolutely has to stay with me. I am also willing to get with someone on an apartment. I can work with someone on getting a place together. I am available to move immediately.
