The monthly rent is $ with split utilites that cost you about and the room is available in early june. looking for somone whos clean ish, good at communicating easy going and looking for at least a year long lease. Prefer someone who is active and friendly and not just locked up in the room all the time, willing to have conversation other than apartment talk and chores. I get personal space but I also dont want to have to tiptoe around my home. A little about me, I work hr night shifts at an vetrinary hospital so on those days I sleep from pm, I like to work out and go on hikes, and generally just be outside. But I also like to play games on my computer and watch movies in the living room. pretty easy going myself and it takes alot to get me upset. Apartment is close to trader joes, fred myer, winco, safeway, LA fitness, Alderwood mall and the light rail. Baisically everything you need. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers for units so on some days it can be a little while before you can do a load, but we are the closest unit to the washroom so its not always that bad Its a quite building with apartments with trees on all sides, so it stays pretty cool downstairs where the wood floor is but gets a little hotter upstairs during the summer.
