I have a private bedroom, private bathroom for rent in my home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed which has a relatively new memory foam mattress, 2 bedside tables with a walk-in closet in as well. All utilities are not included in price (electricity, Wi-Fi, water, security system monitoring, etc.) There is a washer/dryer in the home and patio in the back of the fenced in house. Although the neighborhood is safe and quiet, the house is also secured with alarm system and emergency contact services. There are grocery stores, gas stations, bus stops, restaurants, and parks nearby. We are just North of Winston Salem. 5 minutes from University Parkway.
