Please note this rental will be for the entire townhouse. It is a single level and an end unit so no neighbors above you, below you, or on living room or bedroom side which is an added convenience. Living room will be furnished with everything aside from a TV. Your bedroom, toiletries, kitchen cookware will be yours to bring/furnish yourself. Utilities and HOA will be included in the rent price so there will be no additional bills than what you pay in rent. I highly encourage you to get renters insurance and you will find most insurance comes super cheap in price. Home comes completely newly renovated and ready to move right in. There is a walkout from the bedroom into the beautiful completely fenced in large yard. There is an in unit washer/dryer. There is 1 designated parking space and visitor parking spots. I am a very easy going landlord and I am more than happy to provide references from my current tenants in other homes, but I am not a pushover. I am looking for a friendly, clean, good communicative renter for this townhome. I expect rent to be paid on time and for you to treat the place with respect. There will be no smoking of any kind allowed inside of the home. You want to smoke outside that is fine. I will be scheduling interviews to find the right tenant for this home. A background check is required as well as proof of income. I am ideally looking for a long term tenant of months but open to less with the right candidate. I am looking for 1 tenant but okay with couples. First and last month’s rent along with a $ deposit and signed lease is required and due at move in to receive keys.
