Rent is $ a month plus utilities which usually comes out to about $ per person. I am a working professional and a non-smoker, I have a pretty busy life so I go to bed relatively early, nothing crazy though! I would prefer someone in a similar stage of life! I also have pets, I have a friendly small dog and bunny rabbit, so you would have to get along with them as well haha, although I am always around when my dog is out.
