I’m a property manager I don’t live the La Verne home. I temporarily stay the Claremont front house and rent out the back house.
Claremont back house- has 3 bedrooms available now with shared bathrooms. Fully furnished, only $ each room. Deposit $ Two blocks from Claremont Colleges, about 7 minutes to ULV, about 8 minutes to Western Medical, and about minutes to CPP.
All utilities, Wi-Fi, yard maintenance, and house cleaning once a month in common areas included. Full kitchen and laundry room privileges.
At this time we have 0 college students, but most are young professionals and or college students ages
Pet and smoke free home. Students and young professionals, male or females are all welcome.
