Very nice quiet neighborhood pff street parking inice size rooms big backyard very clean, newly remodeled must be animal lover cats I have a cat and I’m getting a kitty cat not too long. There’s no smoking in the apartment if you’re a smoker, you smoke outside. I prefer a woman roommate.
