The roommate will have access to the entire apartment and will have a private bedroom. The bathroom will be shared. I am looking for someone responsible and clean with good credit. No smoking or pets are allowed. No long-term leases. This is a short term rental with opportunity to renew or vacate. I prefer a student or a working professional looking for flexibility.
