All utilities are included in rent! I have a couple rooms available just north of Downtown Gilbert on the Gilbert/Mesa border in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I have a queen mattress available for each room. I'm chill and laid back and have a very sweet Bernedoodle named Sawyer.I cook bbq for a living and go to church on Sundays. I enjoy being outdoors and watching sports and reading a lot. I'm low maintenance and drama free.
