Hi all! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate in advance before our good friend moves out. We’re two women in our mid s, so also looking for a woman in their s. We live in a beautiful brand new .5 bath, with a huge front porch and yard & only 5 minutes to the Biltmorere village & 8 minutes to downtown Asheville. We enjoy doing things together such as arts & crafts, cooking, hiking, etc. The rent is $ with everything included except electric. Everything is fully furnished and you’re welcome to use anything you need. We like to keep our space clean and peaceful and appreciate open communication.
