Hello! My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment to move up north to Massachusetts. We're looking for two people to take over our lease immediately. The lease ends in April and can be renewed.The bigger room is $ and mine would be $ including water. It's a /bathroom apartment, a minute walk to the harbor, plenty of shops nearby, and plenty to do!There is an in-unit washer/dryer. During the summer and especially during heat waves it does get hot as we're on the third floor. There are AC units provided by the landlord.Our roommate is looking for the below:- Female / female identifying- COVID conscious / wears a mask when feeling unwell- Cleanliness in common areas
