Hi I’m looking for a roommate to replace my current roommate who is leaving for cost guards in the near future. It’s a really nice apartment “townhome” I live in Anaheim, it might be out of your range but still wanted to reach out. I’ve lived here going on 3 years in August. It’s a 2 bed, one bath, including a washer/dryer (I bought), parking spot in the garage and I put an ac unit in the room to stay cool for the summer. The portion of the rent with utilities is under a month but will to negotiate.
