We’re looking for a roommate to move in November 1 for our gorgeous three-story townhome in Irvine, right next to the freeway in the Irvine Business District — super close to Newport and Costa Mesa! Here’s what’s available: • First-floor bedroom with attached bathroom – private and separate from the rest of the house, $/month. • Two rooms on the third floor sold together – one larger bedroom + one smaller room that would make a perfect home office, personal bathroom not attached, $/month. All hardwood floors, modern appliances, giant kitchen/island, washer and dryer, 2 car garage, easy parking for guests, close to a ton of great restaurants. Area is very safe and quiet.
