Hello, looking for a roommate. You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. The people you’ll be living with is my 3 kids and I. (Two teens and a toddler) so I’d prefer to live with someone clean/sober and responsible. Don’t mind if you smoke weed just do it outside and away from my kids. Sorry no pets. Rent will be due the first of each month.
