I am renting out my spare room downstairs. The room itself is fairly spacious with approximately sq. ft of living space. Rental includes a private bathroom with tub and shower, and your own kitchen complete with fridge, stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, and espresso machine. Any countertop appliances can be removed it not wanted. Internet, water, electric will all be covered by me. House is on scott lake golf course and has some really nice views. Tenant is expected to be clean, orderly, and respectful and must be ok around children. I have 2 kids who are with me every other week. 6 month minimum lease required. Rental is for the spaces described above. Tenant can share common areas but will not be allowed to decorate any space not mentioned above without permission. Washer and dryer are upstairs.
