I’m a responsible, hardworking individual with a steady income from both a full-time job and a part-time weekend position. I value a clean, quiet, and peaceful living environment and pride myself on being respectful of others’ space and property.
In my free time, I enjoy simple hobbies like reading, creative projects, and spending time outdoors when I can. I’m not a partier, I don’t smoke, and I prefer a calm, drama-free atmosphere. Reliability is important to me—I always pay rent on time and communicate openly.
I’ll be getting a certified Emotional Support Cat once I’m settled, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly space where that will be welcomed (ESA documentation will be provided).
