Ocean is visible from the front balcony. Shared living room, washer/drier, and kitchen. Open to redesigning the shared living space because my ex girlfriend took everything so everything seen in the shared living space is "temporary". You would have your own room with your own bathroom, as well as your own parking space. in bedroom, one in bathroom. Small Storage room on the balcony. Price listed includes utilities and WiFi, as well as access to a small gym and pool. It takes about 5 mins to drive to the beach. Located right by the San Clemente outlets. Right off the freeway. Takes about an hour to get to San Diego and an hour to get to LA. I have received many offers, but looking for the right roommate situation. Open to a single person or a couple.
