All roommates share the living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio.This location has multiple pools and multiple state-of-the-art laundry rooms. Close street parking is always available. The living space has wood floors, a gas stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The unit also has central heating, air conditioning, and a fitness gym in the complex.The room rate is a flat fee that includes all the utilities. You will most likely be required to be added to the complex's lease agreement and have your credit profile checked.
