I’m transferring to the area in a week and looking for a place quickly! Hoping for a room for less than $ a month including utilities. I’m a professional who’s hoping to become a student again in a year or so. I’m laidback and nerdy. I treat my home as a place to relax and be myself before heading back out into the world. I’ve lived by myself for years and am pretty self sufficient. I am allergic to cats and dogs, but as long as the place is regularly cleaned and I have my own space it’s all good.
