The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Sanford, FL. It is just minutes away from the expressway, making for quick access to UCF and downtown Orlando, as well as being conveniently located near shops and restaurants in the Sanford/Lake Mary area. I am looking to charge $ a month, which includes utilities, and internet.There are spacious front and back patios as well a shed for additional storage space if needed. Each room is separately keyed for privacy and security. The community features a small park around a lake, as well as a newly built public tennis court and basketball court.
