Looking to sublet my room in my two bedroom apartment. I got a new job and need to relocate before my lease is up in March. My roommate is staying- she has a friendly, litter box trained cat. She works as a server and is quite social so she’s not home super often. Apartment is located in the Baker neighborhood, two blocks from Broadway. Very walkable, easy street parking. Neighbors are cool and the apartment is animal friendly. Lots of storage space!
