Hi ladies! I’m looking to sublease my bedroom in my lovely ba in Calabasas right in the Santa Monica mountains - literally one of the trail heads is right out our front door! Lease is available (ish - end date is flexible by a few days if you need to make moving arrangements) Rate is $/month everything included - water, gas, electric, and wifi. The half month of June will be priced accordingly at $. What you’ll get: bedroom (I’ll only be leaving the bed, new bedding if needed, and end table), private bath, fully furnished apartment, private patio, W&D in unit, 2 pools, gym, study rooms, club house with pool table, tennis courts, and beautifully walking paths. All personal items from my bedroom & bathroom will be removed. Who you’ll be living with: yr old female who currently bartends 5 days/nights per week and an adorable 3yr old pug names Winston. Who we are looking for: Female late s to early s, cleanly, no pets, easy going, and compatible - I would have you meet your future roommate via either facetime or in person to ensure it’s a good match and everyone is happy and comfortable! I’m moving out early because I am beginning my residency in Long Beach and cannot bear the commute🫠 I’ve attached photos of the apartment here - please note I will be removing all personal items from my room & bathroom, some of the common area decor as well at the tv console (I’ll be leaving a TV, couch, end & coffee tables), and current porch furniture will be replaced with a new set but I’ll ensure to make it as aesthetic, warm, and welcoming as possible! I can also leave bedding and towels if needed - just lmk!
