Rent includes payment of the utilities (electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi). An apartment sized fridge, kitchen cupboard/cabinet and food pantry are provided. You furnish/provide/bring your own bed. Kitchen and living room area are shared. The house is a 3-bedroom domicile in northwest Austin (N Mopac, W. Parmer Lane area), in a quiet and established neighborhood close to The Domain. I work from home 3x a week. I'm pretty laid back and easy to talk to. I don't have any vices, nor do I have overnight guests or parties at my house [yeah, I'm boring :-)]. Since I already have 2 small dogs (dachshund), I'm looking for someone without pets (non-negotiable). If you are friendly and can clean up after yourself, you might be my next roommate!
