Hi! My name is Erin. I just graduated in December from UC Denver. I’m looking for a room to rent. The only issue is my credit is bad due to a financial hardship (tech layoff + trusted the wrong person.) However, everything is paid up. My credit just needs a while to recover. I’ve never been evicted.
