I have one bedroom for rent, and you'll have your own bathroom. The bathroom is the one any guest will use, and a parking spot in the driveway. I have a sitting room, a living room with a TV, and a desk area you'll be more than welcome to work from as my old roommate did. I do pay for cleaners to come once a month, and all rooms get vacuumed, tub cleaning, and tile floors mopped. I have plenty of cooking ware, a smoker, and a propane grill.
