You will have a storage area in case you need it. Looking for someone who is clean, team player and not weird. The utilities are included in rent. Located near CORONADO HIGH (2 mins away). The bathroom is shared with one other person. This is a house with plenty of street parking. Not a party house. We rarely have company. No pets please.
