Hello all, I m urgently looking for a new roomate after my last was laid off! The room is $/month+ utilities (isially $ a month total) and the lease runs until February , with the option to renew. The room comes with a private bathroom and private balcony, its the first room when you enter the apartment in the diagram. In unit washer/dryer, great stainless steel ammenities, spacious kitchen with great countertop and dishwasher. Landlords do maintenance work immediately upon request usually same week, and there is an incredible wrap around balcony with view. Honestly a great apartment for the price. The apartment is in a lovely, safe part of Capitol Hill close to shops, restaurants, and transit. A little about me — I’ve lived in this apartment for three years and love it. I work hybrid in tech, I’m fun and social but I’m also out of the house a lot, so the apartment stays pretty calm.
