Very good for SDSU, USD, and UCSD minute drive from parking lot 7 at SDSU and minutes from parking lot 3. Very quiet and organized house hold so no messy loud people please. The roommate is male but anyone is allowed to live there. I have felt very comfortable around him as a woman for the past year, and now I’m moving out to live with my partner. $ includes all bills.
